心地 kokochi — how you feel inside

A gentle diary for food, weight and how you feel

Tell it what you ate the way you’d tell a friend. Kokochi keeps the details — and keeps the pressure out. Figures only if you want them; a calm trend instead of daily verdicts.

Care, not control

Most food trackers are built around a number to beat. Kokochi is built around how you feel — gently, with no streaks to break and no colours that scold.

Figures are your choice

The diary always records and computes. Whether calories and macros appear on screen is up to you — and you can change your mind any time.

A body is never an error

Gaining, eating more, a hard day — none of it is painted red. Red is kept for deleting an account, not for anything your body does.

Safety comes first

If you’ve lived with an eating disorder, are pregnant or need prescribed nutrition, the standard calorie plan simply isn’t used. Weight loss isn’t offered at a low BMI.

Everything a diary needs, nothing that nags

One quiet home screen. Type a meal, check in with your mood, glance at the trend — and get on with your day.

Log the way you talk

Type it, say it, snap the plate or scan a barcode. Kokochi splits it into foods and portions for you.

Numbers from a database, not a guess

AI only recognises what’s on the plate. Calories and macros always come from verified food data — USDA FNDDS and a curated set of everyday dishes.

Weight as a calm line

Daily jitter hides the direction. Kokochi draws a smooth trend and says it in words — even if you weigh yourself only now and then.

Check in with how you feel

A mood, a few things that shaped the day — and over time, gentle observations about what helps you feel at ease.

A steady day is a good thing.

Small kind reminders

Tips of the day about hunger, rest and taste — written to take weight off, not to add rules.

Food is not earned Food is needed because you are a living person, not a prize for the day.

Figures on screen — or not

You pick on the first day and can switch at any moment. Without figures, you still see what made up your plate — just no budget for the day.

Plate composition stays. The day’s budget does not.
